JACQUELINE MIDGEN

Jacqueline is primarily a landscape artist working in acrylics, oils and pastels to create paintings and products for the home and office environment.

She has always been interested in form, colour and texture and her main influences have been the French Impressionists, Turner, the Pre-Raphaelites, Gauguin, Cezanne and Georgia O’Keeffe.

As well as landscapes, Jackie also paints still life and beach and seascapes. As well as paintings she also has affordable products featuring her designs on sale all year round at her studio. These include: women’s t-shirts, tote bags, greetings cards, key rings, mugs, coasters and place mats, calendars and various small items for the office.

She also has small ceramic items using some of her more abstract designs to include small items such as vases, jugs, sugar bowls and teapots. Commissions are also undertaken.
