I make functional ceramics that balance form, texture, and glaze chemistry. Each piece is shaped by both control and chance — a collaboration between clay, glaze, and fire.
I mix my own glazes, drawn to soft, natural transitions of colour that evoke sea, earth, and sky.
Function and tactility are central to my practice. I want my pots to feel good in the hand — to be used, held, and lived with. Subtle asymmetry, soft edges, and quiet colour shifts give each form its individuality and sense of calm presence.
My work is an ongoing exploration of material, patience, and the beauty of imperfection.
