  • Understanding the needs and challenges of prospective clients, collaborators and employers, to help you understand how your message and offerings are exactly what a ready and waiting audience seeks;  

  • Turning the table upside down with an exercise, to develop meta awareness to assist you objectively assessing self-doubting moments in real-life as they occur; and

  • Attaining an understanding of Imposter Syndrome – and utilising the results of research conducted by Be Smart About Art to help you work through it (even if it never goes away).
