Jane Wachman

Jane Wachman

Revisited
A & D Gallery
18 - 22 June

Jane Wachman’s work has particular reference to the ever changing outlines of the landscape, in which she creates bold, abstract prints and large scale paintings. These works will be on display at A&D Gallery from the 18 - 22 June.

Bill Bate

Bill Bate

Transcience
Graham Hunter Gallery
23 June - 6 July

Solo exhibition of figurative works by Bill Bate. Shaking of the usual constraints of realism in painting, Bill is interested in allowing the paint to have a life of its own. In so doing he leaves its application quite loose at times allowing room for a more expressive style with ethereal qualities. Yet his paintings carry a weight that suggests life with a presence yes but also a history and a beautiful future.
